Julie Atherton has 15 years of experience in the area of human resources and begins her third year as the Executive Director of Human Resources for the Phoenix Coyotes and Arena Management Group.

Julie is responsible for the direction of all human resource programs and policies which include: benefits, employee relations, legal compliance, compensation, training, organization development, and employee services for over 450 full-time and part-time employees of the Phoenix Coyotes and Arena Management Group.

Prior to the Phoenix Coyotes and Arena Management Group, Julie was Manager of Benefits and Compensation at John Wieland Homes in Atlanta, Georgia and spent eight years with the Chicago White Sox in Human Resources. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration.
